Licences

We offer White Label Licences, so that you can focus on sales and making money.

Our White Label solution means that you can offer our Emergency Medi-Data product under your own branding / business name.

We manage the daily operation & system maintenance of the platform and the design and implementation of new features. Our Technical Team provides 24/7 monitoring of all servers, while our Development Team ensures that the MediData system remains up-to-date with the latest technologies and is responsible for introducing innovative and exciting new services.

Licencing Models

We have two types of Licencing Models available:

• Outright Purchase (Yearly)
  • You pay the yearly licence fee in full, and keep all of the revenue from sales.
• Revenue Share (Yearly)
  • You pay 25% of the yearly licence fee upfront, and pay us 15% of all revenue made on a monthly basis.

Types of Licences Available

We have four types of Licences available:

• Country Administrator Licence
  • This licence allows you to sell our Licences in your Country.
  • Only One Licence available per Country.
  • Licence Fee $ 250, 000 per year (Outright Purchase Only)
• Public Licence
  • This licence allows you to sell Membership Plans to members of the public.
  • Only One Licence available per Country.
  • Licence Fee $ 100, 000 per year (Outright or Revenue Share)
• Corporate Licence
  • This licence allows you to sell Membership Plans to Corporate Companies for use by their staff members.
  • Only One Licence available per Country.
  • Licence Fee $ 75, 000 per year (Outright or Revenue Share)
• Insurance Licence
  • This licence allows you to sell Membership Plans to Medical Insurance Companies for use by their members.
  • Only One Licence available per Country.
  • Licence Fee $ 75, 000 per year (Outright or Revenue Share)
